zanussi door wont lock

i have a zanussi fs1555w that wont run, the interlock is new but the lock light still not on, the interlock fires three times then error code for door open.

Possible spring tension of striker in door the culprit.

Unlikely, Gegsy – board rather more likely candidate, especially if the original lock actually failed.

If its the PCB as P45 suggested then its p/no DST973914791191005
around the £160 mark.

Nasty – does it have to be programmed as well? If so, it’s engineer time……..

Says pre-programmed, still fiddly to fit though.
Engineer may be best course to take me thinks.

Thanks alot for the input guys.
it was the board, broken track fixed it with a conductive pen,you made my misses very happy.
