    I have a Zanussi Double Oven Model.ZOD35702XK. Product No 944171450. The Dual Element in the top oven does not glow red in the inner part of the ring. Is this a fault and how can it be fixed?

    Thanks for that, the oven is still under guarantee but when I phone the supplier they say this in the design and if a repairer is sent out and they cant find a fault I would be charged.. I cannot figure out how this could be in the design as it is useless as a grill in its present form

    On the grill only setting with it set on full heat (maximum) the inner ring should glow red. It is an infra red grill after all said and done!
