Zanussi double oven fault with bottom oven

HELLO i HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A ZANUSSI DOUBLE OVEN. THE FAN ELEMENT BLEW IN THE BOTTOM OVEN. I HAVE REPLACED IT WITH A NEW ZANUSSI ELEMENT .tHE OVEN WONT COME ON THE NEON DOESNT LIGHT FAN DOESNT WORK .tHERE IS NO LIVE AT THE ELEMENT OR FAN. tHE TOP OVEN IS FINE AND WORKS NORMALLY the digital clock resets to manual after a power switch off according to manual so its not atimer issue i dont think. Solve this please thankyou

You always have to re-set the clock if you switch it off it doe’s not re-set itself so this is the first thing to check so set the correct time if the fault still persists then you’ve been unlucky in that the element will also of blown the oven thermostat.
