Zanussi DS11 pumping out constantly

Hi, I have just reconnected my old DS11 after 3 years not in use.
Powered it up, seemed ok, but on emptying, pump continued running (and still will, unless disconnected from mains ! )

Float switch stuck perhaps ?

If it is this, where would the switch be located ?

Water in the base by the sound of it which has activated the flood protection switch. The underlying leak (if it has one) will need rectifying of course 😉

Power off please when checking :zap: or check the repairs@ link below 🙂

Can’t seem to find a leak… any way to override the flood protection, even temporarily ?

Seem to have found the problem, there is a two position switch activated (or not ) by the level of a piece of polystyrene… one of the connections shows sign of a short circuit, disconnecting this, the pump stops and machine fills and emptys ok….

What information do I need to get hold of a replacement switch ?

The product code please from the rating plate, it will begin with 9113????
