Zanussi Duo ZHF865 Lower Fan Oven not coming on

Hello Everybody!

The 2500W element for the Fan oven burnt out recently (Very spectactular – flames etc !).
I have replaced the element, reset the clock so it is not showning the “A” on the display – but the Oven/Fan/Light will not come on. The Orange neon by the Control will not come on either.

I don’t have a wiring diagram, but notice the Brown and Blue provide power to the clock. I think the power for the Control then comes from the Clock (?)
There are two Red Wires from the Clock to the Oven Control. Measuring between the Blue (Supply to clock) and Red (To the control)there is 0 volts.
Am I on the right track here, or is there something I have missed?
