    Hi I am having trouble with a ZDT21001FA (PNC 91153913502) which is not heating. The heater is fine. I have put it in diagnostics and got 6, 15 and 15+1 alternative light.
    Can anyone help with these codes please? I get service manuals off of Connect but they don’t seem to do the newer machines.

    cant be certain about codes. if its a 6 series code its heater related

    can email you service manuals if you let me have an email add

    Check the heater relay on the main PCB. Looking for either a dry joint (which sometimes can be difficult to see) or relay failure which normally shows heat damage if it’s a white relay.
