Zanussi DW upper spray arm

I need advice on this model if anyone can help please.

Customer complains that the DW isn’t cleaning on the upper basket.
Have checked the pump/ impellor, duct, flap valve in upper spray arm, all seem ok. The upper spray arm seems to be going around on wash although I cannot see at what speed but seems to be very slow . I hung a DW freshener on the basket so the spray arm just touches it and found that the arm stops when hitting it which suggests not enough water force.. any ideas?

Underfilling – IWMS probs.
Motor running slow/drive shaft cracked.

They’d be my favourites…….
