zanussi DW907 dosent move on

I have a problem with this dishwasher the fault was no heat so i checked the element that was fine. I then checked the timer and it wasnt sending power down to the element when it should have been ie on the heating part of the cycle.I changed the timer put it on the part off the program where it should heat wella job done. I then get customer call me and says it does the pre wash ok but on the part of the program where it is supposed to heat the water the machine sits idle any ideas. ❓

check the blue syphon tubes in the sump, also the horseshoe shaped hose underneath for blockages.

Have you got continuity in the heater wiring? If I remember right this is one of the models that ended up with broken wires in the door where it hinges. Worth a check 🙂
