No engineer needed; new hinges fitted and no leaks 😀
‘Only’ needed to remove the front panel off the door and the foot of the machine to get to the hinges in the end.

But a word of warning to anyone else wanting to do this themselves – watch out for the edges of the stainless steel door pressing once the covers are off and you’re taking it off the hinge – if they’re like mine, they’re like razors! Ow! Wear protective gloves. 🙁
