Just had a service request for a Zanussi, customer says it is showing E41 also says it will spin but not wash. 😕
AFAIK E41 is a door lock fault so how come it washes.???
Model number is ZWF12020 W pnc 914521426

E41 is a door lock fault, it could be that the door is not releasing when it should. Bring an interlock anyhow, most likely it washes but doesn’t spin, lots of unbalanced load problems with them, they are quite sensitive.

Interesting, he is adamant that it will wash but not spin.
As for OOB problems I have just been to a ZWF1432W/914521108-02 that had jumped clean off one of the suspension springs, the drum was sat down on the motor and the right hand, upper spring was on the floor. :eeek:
She said the last load was a large, single dressing gown, it would appear the OOB control did not work that well on this one. 😥
I refitted the spring and it appeared to run under control on wash, rinse & spin.
