    Hi there,

    I am having trouble with my Zanussi Electrolux Essential 1200 6kg – Prod no: 91460400000 – mod: ZWD12270W. After running a cycle which ran as usual i realized that it did not drain properly so i ran just a rain cycle which got rid off the excess of water but since it will not start on any given cycle just humming for a few seconds and unlocking the door. I have checked the front filter and cleared the drainage pipe of any excess but it has not helped… any suggestions?

    you should be able to find what is obstructing the impellor by looking or feeling inside the pump housing
