    I’ve had my oven over 3 years and in that time 3 out of the 4 halogen rings don’t work! The elements themselves are fine. I would turn the knob and a spark and a loud bang would come from the knob. I have had my Dad take a look as he is an electrician and he has said that the contacts on the knob are too small for the amount of power going through them and its welded them together. Has anyone had else had any problems like me? Thank you

    They have introduced a new type of switch, part Number 3890832011. There is a slight change in the wiring compared to the old switch but hopefully it comes with instructions. If not, we can advise you further.
