Zanussi Electrolux ZENB9950SI fridge freezer-fridge warm

Hi All,
This is an update to viewtopic.php?f=33&t=28995

I have defrosted the fridge/freezer twice 😡 and the problem has re-occured, with a gap of approx six weeks between defrosts. Any idea what my first attempt at repair should be, and what item(s) I’d need to purchase, and how to attempt the repair?

I need the PNC or product code/number which is on the label within the fridge area. Once I’ve got this I can have alook for you and help Cheers

Some more info:
A notice supplied with the fridge/freezer states that the middle section of the fridge can get quite hot when first switched on, and remains warm to the touch in normal operation. I’ve checked, and it appears to be room temperature, rather than warm to the touch.
