Zanussi engineer, Dryer toc keeps failing

Zanussi Dryer TE1120 91609762300
The toc has tripped several times I drill centre of toc to reset
I had to replace heater with new toc a couple of weeks ago
Still have trouble with Toc tripping,
I have checked condenser. Drain tube etc.
It is in a care home with different people using it so i cannot advise
Not to overload or stop machine,
It’s a expensive industrial machine but has the same heater as cheap models,
Any Zanussi engineers who see a lot of this problem
Can tell me what else to check.

have you checked the front NTC

my thought is this NTC governs the temp of the air being returned to the heater. if its too hot then the TOC is more likely to trip out

its mounted under the filter at the front

Filter blocked or blockage in ducting , fan etc , not enough air passing over heater, so going out on over temp

Try washing filter in warm soapy water, sometimes a scum off overused conditioner in washing machines builds up on gauze of filter & not enough air gets through
You should be aware that safety devices are NOT TO BE TAMPERED WITH
they’re there to prevent it overheating & potentially being a fire hazard
