    Went to a ZWD16270W yesterday, customer said that after 30 mins of a 120 min programme the machine stopped and the start button kept flashing. Pressing the button only showed Err on the display the machine would go no further.

    I figured it was the interlock as the machine door would not lock or start? But fitting a new one didn’t work either. 😕

    I took the power module off and inspected it, all looked OK so I plugged it back in and hey presto it worked!:D

    Has anyone else had this problem I wonder? Had I inadvertently ‘reset’ the programme by disconnecting the module? 😕

    Had similar with different machines always asummed it was a bad connection on some of the low voltage connection plugs that you cure by removing and replacing
