    sorry if i’m being a bit dense here lads but i cant find a way to remove the paddles in the drum is there a special tool or something i need to buy to get these feckers out cheers

    drum out job I’m afraid. tabs are bent down to stop them moving. pre these if I remember right you could spring a tab to remove them.
    no doubt someone will remind me if I’m wrong

    lever it forward with a big screwdriver move it towards the front of the machine.

    Depending on the series of tub fitted, press a screwdriver down the 2nd, 3rd or 4th hole then slide paddle towards you, unlatch and lift free. Refit using the attaching screw provided, access via sump hose removal.

    i tried all of the holes and it slid twoards me eventually ! still couldnt get it out i had to lever it off with a screwdriver !!
