    As above.
    Changed the pump but still same problem – undid the drain hose from under the sink and watched it drain, only can describe it as a fast drizzle.
    Sink waste pipes not blocked (cleaned them out), filter in machine not blocked – STUMPED.
    Am thinking not enough juice getting to the pump or possibly drain hose in machine blocked?
    Any help/advice appreciated.

    Almost certainly you still have a blockage somewhere…time to take hoses off. Start with the drain hose, check it’s not coated inside with muck, then have a good look at the sump hose, removing it if necessary. Also check the filter housing inlet and outlet….

    Plug out at all times :zap:

    Yes I had a blockage in the sump hose – one of my daughters socks (now shredded) was trapped around the ball in the sump – how it got there god only knows 😮
    Anyway thanks for the advice 😀
