    I wonder if anyone can help me with a problem, I am living/working in Spain with no backup apart from the internet.

    The machine in question is a Zanussi FA1035E, when switched on the start light automatically goes to finish and then flashes 4 times, the machine is just sitting there! , any ideas.

    Being a Spanish machine, this does not appear on any technical information available over here. Assuming that the machine shares its electronics with UK machines, four flashes suggests a problem with the door lock and its associated circuits.

    Thanks, it does seem as if the door interlock has failed.
