Hi, Don’t know if anyone can help with the above model of built in Zanussi oven, once the oven is switched on it heats ok but the fan is very noisy and vibrates 🙁
We have tried retightening the bolt on the inside of the oven but this had made no difference. It now sounds as though the fan is slipping as the drive noise is uneven and noisier than ever – any ideas?
The element is fine but do I need to replace the fan and motor and if so how complicated is this?
Any help would be appreciated.Pete

Presumably the bearings are on their way out – time for a new fan motor. P/no is 3581913-77/3, email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering.
We can’t tell you exactly how to fit the part, sufficed to say that you will need to acces the motor from inside the cavity and through the back of the machine, so it will have to come out of the housing. Be careful, these double units are very heavy!
