    This fridge freezer is not cold in the fridge section but the freezer section still freezers. I have been told that it is a system/gas failure. A new thermostat was fitted last week but made no difference. I have been looking for a new FF but cannot find one the right size. In the meantime if it a system/gas failure can anyone suggest what we can do about that or is it definitely for getting rid of?

    Can you supply the model and PN number.

    Dependent on model. Some are Frost Free and blown, some are wet back.

    The model number is ZFC-62/23-FF but I don’t know where to find the other number you asked for.

    I have more or less decided to buy a new one but had trouble finding the size until today. Candy have a good selection.

    Hope you can help. The FF is still good looking and obviously something is working as it comes on and then goes off for a while.
