hi got above machine to look at l8 customer says all lights up and locks itself but start button keeps flashing any idea what to look for before i go?

tonyPossible pcb problem, however I recently had one similar, door locked but not able to start machine. Tuned out to be the motor. Insufficient insulation on windings. You need to go into diagnostic cycle to get the last error code (which will not be visible to the customer during normal operation).
