Moderatorhave got a zanussi fjs1225s with a strange fault
tha machine goes through the programme to the end without stopping but the machine does not heat
have changed the thermistor on this to no availhave managed to come across a new pcb for it but this does nothing and i believe you need it programming by service force (at a high fee ) or is their a way round this
am i missing something or is it wait for a good s/h board

You need to configure the PCB to “tell it” which machine it’s in.
If you post the PNC I’ll send the relevant details to you 😀

Hi there,
It happened also to me Dave, and I tryed to change the transistors witch are implicated in the circuit of that relay who give the electric power to the heater thru the pressure switch`s contacts…
But no result. 🙁Cheers,

@ dave conway
prod no is 914512801 / 00
@ florin
did not think it was a relay driver fault because the programme went through as normal. if it had been i would expect some sort of fault code. did your machine stop or not. sometimes i would play with the board and it would start to heat but then it would forget to stop and boil everything. I have come to the conclusion that the temp measuring circuit must be faulty and tells processor that it is already up to heat but that does not tell me why when i get it to heat it boils
sent board to tony at emw in the hope theycould fix and they put a new relay in desperation and hope but it did not work

ModeratorRe: zanussi fjs1225
put machine code in new board now working a treat
have had this machine for 18 months i knew the answer would come one day
original pcb was faulty not allowing machine to heat
according to manual this machine skips heat section if taking too long so we could have a lot of machines out there were the customer does not know there is a fault
Thanks Dave 😀 😀
