zanussi fjs1225 stuck on pause?

hi guys
been out to this mc zanussi fjs1225 door locked if you try a prog the start light just flashes as if its stuck on pause
ive tried unpluging from the mains and the door unlocks but as soon as you plug back in it locks again and wont run

Did you managed to get in service mode?

Door is locking on as soon as you turn machine “on” in case of first water level is activated. But machine should work forward…

Try to get into service and see which error is revield…
