Zanussi fjs1225w returning to start of prog after 15 mins

Hi everyone. Went to the above machine today where the customer reported a strange fault. Selected cottons programme and countdown timer showed 2:10 or so. Started prog no problem but it got down to about 1:55 having filled ok and washing nicely then all of a sudden the timer returned to 2:10 and the start light flashing. Turned machine off then on again and started again fine. Any ideas???..thanks..Mike.

ok
switch machine off
hold start and skip buttons in, turn machine on…. hold buttons for 8 seconds then let go

machine should go into diagnostics

press the cotton button, and at every press, a different component will be activated/tested

eventually an e number will come up

theres you fault

fault code list in the known fault code section

oh and after the fault code comes the pcb coding.. try not to change that.. to get back to normal turn machine on/off again twice
