One of our customers has a Zanussi FJS1225W Washer that stops mid-cycle showing F10. So far as I know F10 is “slow fill – timeout” (correct me if I’m wrong!)

We have checked the fill (it is cold only) including water pressure, all filters, valve etc, and the fill rate is good, certainly the input volume is well above what would cause an F10.

Can anyone shed any light on this?
    Any help appreciated.

    Perhaps it’s syphoning.

Siphoning is possible. although it is an old installation, never siphoned yet (It does not go into a standpipe as I recall) I shall have to trudge out there to check!

Can anyone confirm the error codes for this machine, or send me a list?

    Cheers

Definitely not siphoning. Also water pressure is good. I ran the diagnostics and it came up with F11 which I believe is again slow fill problem. I am changing the fill valves, and we’ll see what happens…
