I was called to this earlier in the week, fault was no drum action and timer sticking.
On inspection I found the carbon brushes to be worn out, replaced the brushes and thought this could explain the timer sticking problem aswell.
Got a phone call later, machine is doing the same thing.
I called back out and when I ran the machine it seeded as if it was running the first part of each program but not progressing.
I ordered a Timer and board from EMW and fitted these yesterday, tested the spin which had been just repeatedly running the distribution cycle, and it ran perfectly.
I have just had a call from the customer to say the machine is still sticking on the wash cycles but is running the spin OK. According to my customer the machine fills and turns for a few seconds then sits doing nothing except running the jetsystem pump.
I did as a matter of course test the heater yesterday and it was OK.
Help!!!
