hi, machine is going thru cycle H as normal until it needs to empty water before rinse. Obviously it should pump out the dirty water at that stage but it is not and the machine is making a grinding type noise. Checked pump access from front of machine and seems clear. Took back off for better access and checked the black coiled pipes.Both seemed a bit mucky but no obvious blockages. Any suggestions to what else it may be ? Thanks in advance

the head of the pump may well have broken off

you need to remove the pump completely to inspect it

power off first

Cheers for that. i will check it out. Having had fun and games with this machine before. Namely the door seal !! what is best way to access the pump? Thanks again
