zanussi fle 1115w no spin after wash

no spin after wash but apparently spins if spin selected maually
only approx 2 yrs old says customer . this call is further away than i usually go so i dont want to have to return if pos.
can anyone advise please

Only thought I have is the pump at fault? Slow draining during rinses could cause a spin time-out (usually coupled with an error code?) But I’d stick a new pump in for starters + clean filter etc 😉

thanks martin i will run diagnostics and check out the filter etc

check manifold isnt blocked either causing overfilling (hence not draining in timeout) or pressure switch being held on not dropping out to show empty.

went yesterday could not access diagnostics , machine turned out to be six yrs old , customer decided on a replacement thanks for suggestions
