    I have a problem with a zanussi washing machine FLE 1216 E
    The problem is as follows.
    No matter which program is selected almost immediately after pressing the start button the washing machine stops and the start/pause light starts flashing.
    just before the machine stops it makes a sound as though a soleniod has opened or the pump is running.
    i have checked all the relevant points described in the manual (filter/outlet pipe) all of which are ok.

    does anyone have any idea what the problem is or is the machine junk?

    This is your second post offering advice, if you are in the trade and need access please use the appropriate link.
    I have deleted your post as it is-
    a/ Poor fault diagnosis,ie your not familiar with appliance yet assume module/pcb to be at fault
    b/ Offering a repair service (a big no no) in a post
