Zanussi FLE1115 won’t start

Prod number 914514505/00.
Have this machine which when you press the start button will drain for around 10 seconds then the door light flashes and it stops the programme. Diagnostics say E34 and all the test programmes work fine. Meggered and it’s all ok. I’m sure I’ve had a similar fault in the past and the pcb has been at fault. Any ideas?

My money is on the heater being duff. Though it meggers ok you say! All the same disconnect the heater leads temporarily and try running it again. 💡

Cheers Martin. I will `give it a try. Had a few oddities recently in the megger department, stuff going down under load and perfect when initially tested.

Tried dissing the heater…man. Didn’t change anything 🙁 .
Going in with PCB next (£75 at connect)…..here’s hoping 😥

I’d say do a few more checks before unpackaging that board.

E34 is a faulty Electronic pressure switch, hopefully got you before you paid for the board

i was sent barking up the wrong tree with a pressure switch error code once. and yes in the end it was the heater even though it megged over 50M

Thanks for various replies Gents. Oor Mike was closest t’was a dry joint on the board. Dontcha just love these fault codes :rolls: .
