My washing machine wont pump out water? I have checked filter which was clear, so I assume I will need to replace it or Can anyone tell me how to remove the pump to check to see if anything is stuck inside pump or if pump is goosed then how to fit the new pump on a zanussi washing machine model no. FLS1183W I have had a quick look but dont seem to see any screws ? how do you remove it ? do I need any special tools etc?any help welcome.

There will be three screws securing the pump motor to the filter housing, torx or pozidrive normally.
If it’s goosed, you can just replace it with a universal type magnetic pump from the shop@.
Hopefully though it will just be a restiction in there.

To add to Daves post,
Drain all water form machine and lie it on its left side, the pump will then be (base facing you) at the top left, u will find it easier that way.In any case always pull the plug :zap:
