Zanussi Foamed in Sensor?

This large fridge freezer has 2 doors on top for the fridge (side by side)and the same below for the freezer.It is freezing up in the fridge (fridge cold wall, not frost free). Im pretty sure its the sensor but the control is situated in the cross frame between the fridge and freezer and the wires to the sensor run into the insulation in the center of the fridge. On connect the only description i could find said “sensor foamed”. Is the sensor replaceble?
