    cycle starts, empties, then fills ok but then stops, no errors or drum movement. is this the point of the cycle where it heats the water ?
    problem with haeter element may be !
    i would appriciate any advice……cheers

    Most likely the motor brushes are worn out.

    Great is there part number I can order, unable to find it on the parts site

    You’ll need to first establish the make of motor as there are 3 types fitted. Best you take the brushes out first and compare. Or if you have a local repair shop, take a brush unit in for a like for like replacement. 💡
