    Hi,

I’ve just moved into a new flat and it has a Zanussi – Freezone Frost Free fridge/freezer(top/bottom) model number ZFK 56/38RF. When I moved in the unit had been defrosted and was switched off, so I turned it on and set the thermosat to 6. There is no manual with the unit. after a day the little LCD “Too Warm” sign was still on and the fridge was cool but not cold. The freezer was freezing but the icecream I had was still quite soft.

So figuring the thermostat setting was backward I set it to 1. Another day later and no change “Too Warm” sign is still on. I’ve now been in the flat for a week but no matter what setting I put the thermostat on there is no real change to how cold the fridge gets. The freezer is still freezing but only just it would seem.

Can anyone suggest anything regarding the thermostat? Does anyone know where I might find a manual for this fridge/freezer?

Thanks for any help in advance.
