Have a zanussi fridge/freezer model no zk53/37r which is over freezing mainly around the top drawer in the freezer. Had the thermostat changed a few months back but the problem is still there. Could it be the seal on the door if so is there any way of checking it or is it just a visual check, looks okay at the moment. One problem we had was that when they tiled the kitchen floor when they put back the fridge they wedged it in tight under the unit above and when i raised the unit a few days ago the fridge visiably moved up when pressure released, could this have distorted the way the doors closed.Sorry for the long post but tried to give as much info as possible. Thanks in advance for any help.
