Just visited a the above F/F model ZX99/5SI – 18 months old.
The freezer was working ok but the fridge was warm.
I checked the stat inside the fridge that closes the vent and it was open.
When you close the door I could hear the fan start to work for about 2 mins then switch off.
When the fan was running there didn’t seem to be any cold air coming through the vent.
Does anybody have any idea’s what the problem could be?Regards.

May not be of any use to you, but i once had the same problem on another make f/f. the fan was going, but no cold air coming out of the vent in the fridge????? well, after removing the fan motor from the freezer wall, I discovered that the air channel between freezer and fridge was blocked solid with ice!! customer did a complete de-frost and it worked a treat. maybe worth a look a?
