Zanussi fridge/freezer problem

Hi

I have a Zanussi ZNB 323 fridge /freezer. The problem I have is that frost is building up around the top of the fridge. This is then freezing and over a period of a few days is is turning into quite a large sheet of ice. I have a thermometer in the fridge and this is reading the correct temp. Does anybody have any idea what could cause this?

There are problems with the drainage tube from evaporator coming out at back being badly sealed causing over freezing in freezer section. It may be that there’s insufficiant refrigerant in this & it’s not getting cold enough to switch off hence the sheet of ice, maybe it needs topping up with gas to resolve the problem.
