    Good Afternoon,
    Fridge works fine, however, the freezer compartment is no longer working? I’ve switched it off for 24 hours but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve itself. Few days prior to breakdown, it was somewhat noisy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    try doing complete defrost

    switch off at wall, open doors , leave for 2 days
