    The fridge is not chilling at all. Power ok, light is on and it is making usual whirring noises. The freezer is working fine…. Is it most likely to be the thermostat? If so what’s likely cost to repair?

    I would be most grateful for any advice!

    Is the compressor running all the time ?

    If it is, it won’t be the thermostat, more likely compresoor failure or a refrigerant leak.
