The fridge part of my Zanussi Zx77 fridge freezer is operating around zero whereas the freezer part in at the correct temperature. The unit works on forced air and has two separate pumps. Is this likely to be due to a faulty thermostat? On a few occasions the fridge freezer has beeped which, according to the instruction manual is due to a major fault.
