    hi usualy try to steer clear from frost frees . but been to 4 now for a housing asosiation and all same.all not cold in fridge due to ice build up in freezer , all about 16 month old . told tenants to defrost but sure all be back . any one done any of these an no what the usualy part thats faulty . had a look at defrost timer on one . that seemed to be ticking away fine . an when turned it to the defrost cycle / could here the ice at back cracking so presume the defrost heaters are fine . any exsperts out there on these ? :rolls:

    Normally its not defrosting correctly, if so it needs the defrost timer changed from a 12 hour to a 6 hour and the drain tray defrost heater changed from a 30 watt to a 44 watt & that normally sorts it, also if fan is dodgy stick one in as well.

    thanks for input these parts are 4 times the price of the originals . £49 plus vat for a timer?wtf and out of stock mmm whats the point (

    Point is it gets it going correctly.
    Qualtex do a similar defrost timer to the one required btw
