Customer says fridge doesn’t appear to get as cool as it should.

Checked duct from freezer to fridge seems clear.

When freezer door open cool air seems to flow OK into fridge.

    Evaporator seems normal.

    Any ideas please.

Hi I’m not sure if it applies to this model but I’ve found a few of these where the duct in the freezer freezes over if the fridge door is left open to check you need to lift the freezer evaporator away from the freezer back wall as the duct is hidden behind the evaporator .
    Hope this helps.

Duct is above fan on this one, evaporator looks normal.

are you sure there isn’t a duct behind the evaporator as well?
i thought the duct above the fan fed the top duct in the fridge and the duct behind the evaporator at the bottom fed the bottom duct in the fridge behind the salad crisper on the right.

Thanks for that info, didn’t realise there was another vent.

Turns out there was a block of cheese blocking the vent.

Glad I was able to solve the problem with your help, I’ll know next time.

    Many Thanks,

    Mike 😳 😳 😳
