Zanussi Frost free ZNB4051s freezing up and no access?????

Hi, The evaporator is frozen up and not defrosted so warm in fridge. I had trouble getting access into the evaporator at the top of the freezer. There are 2 clips at the top and it seems as if you then pull on the outer plastic. This has no grip and feels like i’m going to break it. Can someone tell me how to get inside and then what stats/thermisters to look out for please. I was there for over 30 mins fighting with this and couldn’t move the front cover for love nor money. Help please…engineer in deep distress…Cheers 😯

Try warming up the plastic with a hair dryer to try and prevent the tags breaking

There are two types of sensors some are “foamed in” 😥 if its one of these then there are kits available to repair
