hello all
been on this wm today door lock clicking away and led flashing 4 times been on help forum suggesting door lock plus pcb
any ideas mucho appreciated

id check the motor. had a few of them doin that.. and id certainly check the motor plug on the pcb end too, theyre usually black!!

Faulty door interlock , motor or pump seems to nearly always damage the PCB on these latest cheapo Zanussi`s :cry:. Sometimes get away with replacing faulty interlock or pump and soldering the damaged PCB with link wires but other times I`ve had to send the board to QER who will repair it for 29:90+vat which keeps the repair viable….just :).

Probably BER if it`s the motor in my experience :evil:.

I had the same last week ,signs of burning on interlock which had blown main PCB defo a ber.

hello
went back to washer the interlock had blown a track on the pcb
fit interlock and solderd pcb worked a treat
