    Hello,

    I have a Zanussi grill/oven product number 948522181. The grill has stopped heating up so I am gonna assume it is the element. I have replaced an Oven element before which was straightforward so I again purchased a replacement grill element which arrived today. I have gone to the back of the over and had a look inside and the screws appear to be hex screws. Now I have several bunches of hex keys but none of them fit and so I cant take the back off or remove the supports inside. Am I doing this right? Is it simply a case of me buying another hex key or do they require a special key?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    The back panel screws are Torx screws IIRC? So a T20 size driver (or bit) is what you need.
