    Hi- I have a Zanussi TC 7102 W condenser dryer. its stopped heating up so I replaced the heating element with a brand new one, the thermostats are on the heating element so they are aslo new. the problem is still there despitue the new parts, can anyone help me with what else it could be?

    HI ITS PROBABLY THE THERMOSTAT INSIDE DRUM ABOVE FRONT ,HOPE YOU CAN STAND ON YOUR HEAD!

    if you open the door and put your hand inside upwards and to the front you should feel it ,tou may like to use a mirror to see it then you will see why you need to be able to stand on tour head to access it-good luck
