Zanussi Hob ZKT641H

Could anyone help me please
I just been to a Zanussi hob thats showing an error code>
On powering up and touching the ON button on the glass, the display comes up with E0 then an E in each display of the plates.
None of the plates work
Is E0 a significant error code

if it is E0 error code lux list it as follows

Config_Data_ALM_HC

Wrong Configuration on HC /
EEPROM checksum failure

Is the eeprom on the display panel or the power panel

I could do with the manual for this hob to help with the repair
