hi again busy this week lads , have this recurring problem, i replaced the motor brushes ran fine for 3 weeks now prob is back again anyone have tech info on these thanks k

Iran a diagnostic on this and returned E34 , problem between the mechanical pressure switch and the anti boil switch , on closer inspection of the board i see this , looks nasty but its just surface , would this suggest more hidden problems or will a problem with the switches cause it , i see its burnt in the power supply area of the board according to the tech sheet (thanks dave ).

Check the pressure hoses for any wear. Have had this before on my IZ16. Air leaks through either of the hoses causes the cycle to abort.

cheers Andy i checked both hoses no wear all fine , and mechanical pressure switch seems fine also , so i’m puttin in a new analogic switch

this fault weas cured by installing a new analog switch
