I have just completed a bearing and shaft replacement on a IZ141, on testing on spin cycle the machine takes in water whilst pumping and spinning, no error codes coming up. It does however complete a wash cycle with no apparent problem. How do you access the self disgnostics on this machine?

    Any help appreciated

Press and hold in the Start and the Skip button then turn on the On/off switch. To read of the last error detected you have to press the Fabrics or Temp button until the no9 LED lights.

Though from what you tell us I don’t think this will help you. It’s possible you could have got water in the works or damaged a wire whilst doing the bearing job, do you think?

Check for chaffing of cable loom, damage to cables going to valves, pump, motor etc, sounds like there may have been a cable nicked or something. Check heater, motor for earth leakage also.

    Thank you both,

checked heater, cables and ntc terminals, brushed off some carbon deposit from the module and everything is working normal now. ❗
