I have a customer that the user interface was changed, customer now complaining it sticks on 49 mins for about 10 min, this as far as I know is it heating but she her husband and father won’t have it probably a teacher,
we have been back twice waited for it to heat and carry on all fine they say it works but should not stop on the time as it says only 49 mins and should take 49 mins. Help! she has no hand book and I don’t know if it explains it ?

Put the PNC 914513097 (without the two zeros) in with no other info, it finds it then 🙂

I’m fairly sure that if the machine was at fault at all, then it would display an error code of that fault. The fact that the machine eventually completes the cycle is proof enough it works OK. 😉

Having said that, I cannot fathom why the display would ‘pause’ at the same time for around 10 mins though…very odd ❗

Have you looked at the sequence chart and checked on the programme timings I wonder? The TDS disk gives a few examples as a guide for you 🙂
